Customer Service and Logistics Representative
Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, 1 hour for lunch
Salary is to $50K per year
We are looking for a motivated professional CSR and Logistics Representative with positive attitude and good communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills. Computer skills (Email, WMS, Excel) are necessary.
Below is the job description:
? Daily Communication with Clients via email or phone
? Managing orders and ensure they are staged in a timely manner
? Obtaining Freight Quotes for national and retail orders
? Tracking/Monitoring Shipments
? Organizing POD?s and sending to customers daily/weekly
? Data Entry (outbound & inbound) Processes all outbound orders received
? Entering all inbound PO?s/PORA?s for all containers and returns
? Follows up on all retail deliveries and advised team of any exceptions
? Processes UPS orders/labels for all applicable clients
? Follow up with OPS Team on any open/pending requests
? Create/Send Retail Manifests- to carriers, ETC.
? Works with Operations on labeling/special requests from clients
? Creates Billing Work Rate sheets to capture any/all assessorial charges.
