An Office Administrator for bread & Butter should be thoughtful, organized, possess an almost obsessive attention to detail and is the first to get in the mix when helping means the chance to learn more. You live to say yes!
An Office Administrator for bread & Butter is responsible for providing overall administrative and organizational support to the Operations team in our LA office. They work with Operations team to ensure the efficient function of the LA office through a range of administrative and organizational tasks and reports to the Managing Director of Operations and Finance. This opportunity could be full or part-time depending on company and candidate fit.
Here's What We Need:
Bachelor's Degree 1+ years of experience working in an administrative role
You love to stay organized! From general daily office and admin duties to tracking inventory, you. are. on it.
You aren't looking to get into a role in PR and Social Media with us because Operations is your jam.
You are the ultimate host! You are happy to welcome and greet guests by phone or in person and know how to direct their inquiries quickly and efficiently.
Your days are spent mostly at a desk, keeping the LA office running in tip top shape and you are cool with that.
A desire to learn and help our teams grow. How can we be better? What can we do to help?
You appreciate the art of dotting I's and crossing T's. The devil is in the details.
'How can we help you?' is your bumper sticker. You can point people in the right direction and know how to set them up for success in their roles as they join and grow in the b&B family!
'Keep It Clean' is your other bumper sticker. You take pride in ensuring our work and meeting spaces are well maintained and presentable at all times. Whether you're coordinating with housekeeping staff or grabbing a broom yourself, you'll help us stay pretty!
