Bromberg & Associates LLC is currently seeking a full-time accounting/administrative assistant. This position will be at the offices in Hamtramck, MI.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Process payroll & payroll reports preparation
General ledger functions
Preparing financial statements
Timely bill payments
Purchasing office supplies and maintenance of office supply inventory
Assisting with scheduling and other internal operations of the company
Researching and entering data
Our ideal candidate:
Holds a B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution of higher education or verifiable experience in above required tasks
Possesses strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills with great phone manner
Is detail- and process-oriented
Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Is proficient in QuickBooks
Being bilingual is a big plus
