Cambridge Management is looking for a Support and Training Specialist for Real Page/OneSite. This person will help support the roll out of RealPage to new locations as well as provide training and support for new users of the system.

Provide support of remote users of Real Page/OneSite and AMSI systems.
Provide troubleshooting and setup of Real Page/OneSite programs related to onsite property operations.
Participate in testing efforts related to new functionality, new module, and upgrades to existing modules.
Become knowledgeable with company-specific property management and accounting business procedures and needs; continually look for ways to leverage Real Page/OneSite and AMSI’s capabilities to improve efficiency through workflow, automation and process improvement.
Assist properties to increase their performance through training on user interfaces and utilization of available reporting and functions.
Responsible for working with and supporting the Implementation Team to ensure the quality and consistency of the setup of properties.
This position requires travel to train and coach new and existing employees on workflows/procedures related to Real Page/OneSite and AMSI property management software systems via in person, telephone and webinar sessions.

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience training and supporting Real Page/OneSite.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in multi-family housing industry required.
Must be able to mentor and teach core property management procedures.
Must have previous experience troubleshooting Real Page/OneSite.
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent working experience.
Must be able to travel to various sites for support and training purposes.
Proficient in providing end user support in accounting, property management and marketing
General knowledge of property management processes as they relate to successful multifamily operations.
Strong organizational & interpersonal skills with the ability to work with users at all levels.
