Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product, marketing and sales to develop product briefs, educational collateral, field decks and marketing programs that drive value and revenue for the business
Expand key relationships within our partners and become their internal face for Sierra Wireless marketing
Create awareness of Sierra Wireless within current partners and implement channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets
Develop and drive campaigns aimed at acquiring ideal new channel partners suitable for the solutions we offer
Overseeing day-to-day channel operations in both local and international markets
Collect and analyze data to ensure efforts are aligned with opportunity and revenue potential
Develop integrated and comprehensive marketing plans with key partners and distributors in support of key channel sales and marketing initiatives
Drive collaboration with partners' marketing counterparts to plan, develop and execute agreed upon marketing and communications projects
Regularly meet with sales, partners and partner management to understand impact on current business and market trends and to ensure that programs meet their needs
Provide timely and relevant channel-enablement communications, promotions and education for new product launches
Manage budget and provide accurate forecasting of Marketing Development Funds across range of Partner accounts
Report impact of Channel Marketing activities, including determined KPIs and ROI
Use internal and external customer feedback and performance data to optimize marketing mix and budget
Help with management of Partner Portal and other resources and tools
Assist with event planning and execution as necessary
Requirements

6+ Years Marketing Communications and/or Channel Marketing experience
Prior experience in B2B Channel Marketing experience preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Results Oriented: Passion and drive to dramatically grow business results
Innovative: Generates new ideas to push the bounds of marketing
Analytical: Solid analytical, “test & learn” mindset and continually assesses KPIs to monitor business performance
Experience with channel management tools and Salesforce
Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing
Ability to effectively communicate with key account contacts, both verbally and in writing
Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
