Public Relations Manager, Lifestyle and Influencer Marketing
Strategic and executional lead for Lifestyle/Collab Communications and Talent/Influencer marketing.
As a member of the Public Relations Team, the primary responsibility of the Talent/Influencer and Lifestyle PR Manager is to drive energy, awareness, and results for our off-mountain and collab products, as well as, lead our brand’s talent/influencer marketing vision and execution. In this role, the Lifestyle PR Manager will pitch and maintain relationships with key consumer press to earn product placement, awards and developing product storytelling, as well as work with the Senior Manager on our over-arching influencer marketing and seeding strategy and execution.
How You Will Make A Difference
Strategic head of lifestyle territory (Off-Mountain and Collab products), including product, talent and storytelling through earned media
Lead PR and communications for relevant brand initiatives such as sustainability initiatives and products
Lead and coordinate the development of communications materials
Responsible for driving world-class seasonal storytelling through earned media, as well as direction for owned channels
Manages influencer strategy, execution and day to day agency lead
Strategic partner with media and channel marketing, brand management, digital, social media and advertising leads to drive editorial direction and influencer partnership for seasonal initiatives and campaigns
Lead agency selection, RFP process and execution of key initiative communication and talent programs
Create and lead key media events to maximize seasonal marketing investments
Strategizes for involvement in TV, movies and other entertainment related opportunities.

Skills for Success
5+ years of experience in the public relations and communications industry.
Experience and knowledge of influencer and talent marketing
Knowledge of cultural relevance and retail/fashion trends
Relationships with consumer, lifestyle and/or entertainment press
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong digital proficiency across Office Suite.
Attention to detail.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or another related field

Pay Range:
$83,376.00 USD - $125,064.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential:
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
