Job Summary

POSITION: Social Media Manager and Administrative Assistant

INTERVIEWING: July 2018

START DATE: August 1st ,2018

HOURS: Monday-Friday 930am-6pm

SALARY: $15-$20/hr depending on qualifications and experience

BENEFITS: Employer provides and pays 50% of health insurance cost for employee after 60 days

Dental insurance available after 60 days

Employer matches up to 4% of 401k investment after one year or $5000 earned

One week paid time off after 90 days employment completed

Two weeks paid time off after one full calendar year completed

JOB SUMMARY

  • Primary point of contact for buyers and marketing team for a large-scale liquor store in Highlands Ranch at the new second location in Centennial
  • Receive all invoices for product delivered to the Centennial location, checking for cost discrepancies, inventory issues, improper margins, and any other potential issues
  • Work with distributor sales representatives and managers to resolve any invoicing errors promptly
  • Manage the social media accounts for the Centennial location including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest to create engaging content and successful campaigns to grow followers and generate customers
  • Work with the departmental specialists at the Centennial location to create emails specific to customers’ interests
  • Assist with other administrative tasks including, but not limited to, answering phones, filing, and generating documents for management and ownership

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelors degree, Associates degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Accurate typing and 10-key by touch
  • Good command of English both oral and written
  • Needs to be a social media savvy individual that has the skills to create engaging content
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Strong math skills including fractions, percentages, and basic algebra
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel, Word, and some Publisher)
  • Proficient with Constant Contact or another email client is helpful but not required
  • Some graphic design experience is helpful but not required
  • Prior experience with retail point-of-sale back-office software is helpful but not required
