Class B Drivers Wanted:
Battery Outfitters, Inc. is searching for a Route Driver to join our Jonesboro, Arkansas team. We are a company based on Servant Leadership which we practice daily. Candidates must be customer focused to insure that the experience at every stop exceeds the expectations. As a Route Sales Driver you will start out learning the business riding with another driver/supervisor and then once qualified move up to run the sales and routes of your own truck.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for day to day route operations including sales, collection of cores, inventory of customer’s batteries, as well as inventory on the truck.
- Candidates must have or be able to obtain a Class B CDL prior to starting position.
- Route Sales Drivers are out at least one night a week with motel and meal paid.
Route Drivers have a base pay with a monthly bonus package based on the key elements of operating our routes to their maximum potential. Potential of earning 58k+ a year. This is a Very physical job which entails some heavy lifting at times which will be evaluated during the interview process.
The retail/warehouse location this position will be based out of is located at 2838 Race Street, Jonesboro AR 72401
Experience as a Route Driver Desired/Required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
