The Shift Leader will be responsible for overseeing operations during their designated shifts, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high standards of customer service. ## Duties - Supervise and coordinate staff activities - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations - Assist in staff training and development - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with the management team to enhance overall efficiency - Assist in food preparation and cooking when necessary ## Skills - Strong leadership abilities - Knowledge of restaurant operations and catering services - Proficiency in staff training and development - Experience in cash handling and maintaining financial records - Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation - Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus.
