We are currently seeking a Loss Mitigation Coordinator in our Rochester, MI office. The Ideal candidate should be detail orientated, highly organized with the capability to handle a high volume of tasks, work well under pressure, possess good communication skills, and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Administrative duties including regular and certified mailing of documents, scanning documents and saving to our case management system
- Answering a high volume of phone calls and processing mortgagor and third party requests
- Generating form documents for attorney review and approval
- Prepare documents for the mailing and posting of notices required by statute
- Prepare documents for recording with the Register of Deeds for attorney review and approval
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, as well as Internet Explorer is a must
- Must be able to type, and communicate effectively with others, while providing excellent customer service to clients.
- Must be able to manage time effectively, multi-task, and prioritize tasks by order of importance
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary as well as Internet Explorer
- Ability to type and communicate effectively with others
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and mortgagors
- Knowledge/experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
