Description

Hours: 8:00 – 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, and Saturdays 9:00 – 3:00.

Provide support and resolution for issues to Staff and members through Service Excellence and support the Credit Union's quality initiative through teamwork, innovation and efficiency

Essential Functions:

Support Front Line staff, Branch Staff, internal staff in other departments and DCU members by providing exceptional service via phone coverage, accurately completing assigned tasks within service expectations and education on products and services
Process daily operations and functions that pertain to Electronic Services. This includes ACH Exception Processing and Origination, Share Draft and Fed Return processing, Bill Payer handling, Wire Transfer Remittances, Research & Disputes, Remote Deposit Capture and supporting Online and Mobile Banking applications.
Analyze work processes and contribute suggestions on alternative methods to improve efficiencies within the Electronic Services Department and the Credit Union.
Meet or exceed goals set regarding service levels, call monitoring and sales expectations
Complete system testing and validation for the host/core system in additon to various other systems used to complete daily job tasks
Remain up to date on any policy, procedural or regulatory changes and ensure that these are being implemented in daily job tasks
Actively contribute to DCU's Success Sharing program and the success of Electronic Services by achieving assigned goals provided by management
Adhere to work schedule expectations
Adhere to DCU's policies and procedures as well as all applicable Federal regulations.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by Managers(s).

Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum of two years related work experience, financial institution preferred
Excellent PC skills required to include MS Word and Excel
Prior customer servces experience preferred
