WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
Manage Resource Request Intake Process
Coach Account Leaders on SalesForce, as needed
Assist Resource Managers with sourcing for roles and make initial recommendations
Assist with Business Partner (subcontract) staffing
Coordinate staffing for large teams
Source and identify Point B candidates
Work with Recruiting and/or Business Partners to engage additional supply channels
Manage staffing process from sourcing and vetting to presentation and confirmation of potential candidates
Act as central point of contact for Account Leaders
Conduct regular status meetings and escalate, as needed
Manage role assignments with Account Leaders and update Associate status
Work with Associates as they roll-off projects to ensure project close activities are complete (e.g. updates to staffing/traveler preferences, skills inventory, resumes, schedules and project summaries)
Monitor associate assignment data and follow-up with Associates and Account Leaders for clean-up, as needed.
Manage available resources awaiting their next assignment

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU'VE ALREADY DONE:
1 - 3 years of corporate business experience, formal consulting experience is a plus
Ability to critically think through complex business issues
Experience in one or more of the following disciplines - project management/coordination, business analysis, financial analysis, process improvement, technology implementation, data analytics or organizational change management
Polished written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a team setting and be passionate about high quality client delivery
Worked in client/customer facing environment
A strong bias for action and a passionate customer focus
Financial services, healthcare, energy/utilities and retail industry experience is a plus
B.A. or B.S. degree
