· Prospect potential property management software clients via cold calling and outreach, email, and personal contact at industry events
· Maintain ongoing communication/feedback with product, engineering, and marketing teams on trends
· Develop long-term strategic accounts plan, build pipeline, and accurately maintain sales forecasting reports
· Act as liaison to various areas regarding client activity, prioritization of accounts, compliance, actual or potential problems, and resolving servicing issues
· Build and maintain relationships with clients by maintaining contact, keeping track of client projects and deadlines, helping in any conflict resolution
· Must meet and exceed assigned target quotas and activity targets (Over the phone sales experience)
· Strong sales knowledge and hunter mentality with ability to source and set appointments
· Demonstrated track record of performance against sales goals
· Experience in real estate technology, software, or related segment
