We currently have an Retail Marketing Coordinator, Costa Del Mar Sunglasses career opportunity in Daytona Beach, FL.
The Retail Marketing Coordinator coordinates the activities of the Retail Marketing Team to adapt, execute and distribute marketing campaigns and trade tools to Sales Reps and Retailers in the Sport and Sunglass Specialty classes of trade.
Supports the Retail team with job trafficking and status to ensure on time delivery.
Works with agency partners to execute Imagery, POS materials and display graphics
Manages the updates and content calendar for Digital/Social asset dissemination to Retailers
Actively involved in planning of printed and digital seasonal Catalogs, while owning execution
Coordinates with Purchasing team on print production and POS inventory
Coordinates with Sales and IT Team on the B2B web needs and updates
Ensures legal approval on creative and promotions (sweepstakes, gift-with-purchase, etc.)
Assists Sr. Marketing Manager, Retail with monthly budget tracking and business presentations

B.A. Degree in Marketing, B.S. in Communication or equivalent
2-3 years of Marketing experience via Corporate and/or Agency
Experience in developing and managing various components in the marketing mix: Consumer Communications and Promotions in print, digital & social platforms, Sales Incentives, Ads, Signage, OOH, In-Store Events, Sponsorships, and Trade Shows
Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs (financial acumen)
Resourceful and detail-oriented
Dynamic interpersonal skills resulting in developing collaborative and diverse relationships, delivered with energy and enthusiasm. A “people person”
Creative and independent problem solver
Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively to internal and external teams

Travel required: approximately 10%
