Role Summary:
The senior analyst will work across the Direct Indexing business as well as other cross functional internal teams to support the execution and deliver on the build out and growth objectives of the Direct Indexing business. This role is key to problem solving and addressing issues to ensure smooth roll out and client experience.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Formulate, document, coordinate and implement project plans and solutions with input from multiple partners
Manage all the components of the build out of our direct indexing platform across sales, product, investment, technology and operations
Track all open items and ensure follow-through and close out of items in a timely fashion
Highlight key issues/risks and formulate a mitigation plan to address
Track status of all initiatives and create weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for various internal stakeholders
Document workflows and processes to enable scalability and repeatability
Support Product Specialists and Sales teams in pulling together DI input for client prospecting and support
Facilitate/conduct demos for clients on the advisor tool
Serve as a back-up for client service team by supporting client onboarding and client inquiries
Conduct/gather requested information/analysis across multiple groups
Necessary Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 5 years proven experience working for a Wealth / Investment Manager
Knowledge of Direct Indexing and/or equity SMAs is a strong plus
Knowledge of financial intermediaries including RIAs and Wealth Management firms is a strong plus
Highly organized and detail oriented
Must maintain a strong working relationship with both internal and external clients
Excellent communication skills - both internally/externally in written/oral/auditory essential
Proficient with MS Office and the ability to learn additional internal/ external software programs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong time management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree required
PMP/PMI or other certifications a plus
Salary Range:
$114,500 - $154,600
