You Are a Director of Sales Operations
As Rosetta Stone’s Director of Sales Operations you will help drive our B2B sales teams’ growth strategy. By leveraging your experience and our technology and experience in language learning you can help us expand our reach and influence in the global language learning market. This will be a highly visible role in providing information and analysis to help drive decision making around sales strategy and execution, while ensuring that the first interactions new customers have are both pleasing and efficient. You will also help further the development and customization of internal tools and processes to better meet the needs of our Sales, Marketing, Account and Operations teams. This role needs someone who is data driven, process oriented, organized, and driven to implement process improvements.
Leading the development and implementation of pipeline reporting tools.
Establishing and monitoring revenue targets, win rates, as well as contacts and performance of Rosetta Stone’s sales team.
Creating and overseeing reporting deliverables to the sales leadership team, including forecasting models, metrics, analyses and overall sales productivity.
Working cross-functionally with sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.
Managing sales support for quoting and order processing.
Identifying ways to improve and refine our existing sales operations policies and procedures.
Discover opportunities for revenue growth.
Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and oversee onboarding and training sales talent.
Work with Finance, HR, and Sales Management to develop sales incentive programs and compensation planning to increase sales productivity.
Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field
Highly energetic and motivated at building and managing a team to provide world-class sales operations services
5+ years' experience leading sales operations teams, preferably in a B2B environment
You possess a thorough knowledge of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting, and can translate sales strategies into system and process requirements and oversee implementation and execution
Proven Salesforce.com subject matter expert with experience in creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, managing dashboards, and more
Track record in driving change and removing hurdles in fast growth organizations by working cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance and IT
Previous deal desk and revenue recognition experience required
Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks; proven strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
