Job Summary : As an integral member of the ClickBank product team, the Product Manager will participate in new product development efforts by partnering with multiple teams for the elicitation, definition, development and launch of ClickBank products and services. The Product Manager will work with multiple business groups to author requirements, training documentation, maintain product launch plans and prioritize features within releases. This team member should possess strong communication and analytical skills, and be capable of building professional, effective relationships within a technology development organization.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Collaborate with senior staff to understand strategic priorities and execute accordingly
Work with the Product Management team to define strategic priorities, quarterly roadmaps and the 1 year strategic roadmap.
Understand and be prepared to articulate the ClickBank product strategy and drive the product roadmaps accordingly
Work with internal departments and external stakeholders to define operational requirements for the management and control of ClickBank services and features
Prioritize the backlog of features for development based on the strategic product roadmap and product strategy
Process and elaborate enhancement requests from internal and external stakeholders
Author user stories for the development team based on stakeholder usage of features
Create wireframes and user interface mockups for features and services within the ClickBank platform
Build training documentation for internal and external stakeholders
Develop product launch plans for feature release that communicate department specific impacts, release goals and objectives and value proposition to internal teams
Analyze data from a variety of sources to answer product or operational related questions and incorporate the analysis into decision making processes
Generate activity reports and provide analysis that informs the process of optimizing and improving the platform products and feature set
Stay informed on industry and competitor trends, the impacts to the organization

3-5 years of product management, product owner, sales engineering, or business analyst experience
Knowledge of product management techniques and skill areas
Familiarity with project management concepts
Understanding of software requirements and user stories
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience working with SAAS, e-commerce or other web based products
Ability to lead through influence
Technical fluency and comfort understanding architectural and software engineering concepts
Ability to prioritize appropriately and to substantiate decisions with information and experience
Previous experience with JIRA or another ticket/issue tracking tool
Experience working with software developers in an agile environment
Analysis and business modeling experience
Knowledge of Pragmatic Marketing methodologies
Bachelor’s degree required; engineering or informational technology management degree preferred
