Engility is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Multimedia Exploitation to support a major program at the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) within the National Capital Region. Duties and responsibilities include:
Working with senior program leadership to establish and implement a program performance management plan
Creating and maintaining a detailed workplan that includes tasks, assignments, inter-dependencies, milestones, and schedule for all tasks in the SoW
Setting goals, objectives, and initiatives to drive and evaluate examiner work products
Building and maintaining a qualified, full-time team and staffing pipeline with the ability to surge staff according to customer and mission priorities
Maintaining awareness of emerging multimedia exploitation capabilities and technologies and creating and maintaining an internal training program to ensure staff are continuously trained and enabled to accomplish the mission
Act as an interlocutor to bridge the complex gap between the non-technical functions of management and the technical requirements of the multimedia exploitation mission and its personnel
Must have a current/active TS/SCI and be willing and able to pass a CI polygraph prior to starting.
Requires a Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Computer Science or STEM discipline and at least fourteen (14) years of related technical and project management experience
Requires a Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
Experience in conducting Computer Forensics, DOMEX, and Intelligence analysis
Experience in Project Management and requirements documentation
Experience in planning and forecasting resource needs
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong instructional and communications skills
Current EnCE, ACE, CCE, or GIAC industry-standard forensic certifications
Experience in hardware configuration and network/data communications
Experience in software development and scripting
Experience in law enforcement evidence seizure
Experience conducting intelligence analysis and writing finished intelligence reporting
