Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily activities. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office reception team, including answering phone calls, and handling correspondence.
- Manage and maintain calendars, ensuring all appointments and meetings are up-to-date and organized.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and Payroll to manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, and maintain accurate records.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments and other office events.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism, ensuring all clients are treated with respect and courtesy.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in an administrative role.
-Must be bilingual.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, including Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Strong computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills, including calendar management and time management.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Weekends as needed
