As our NCX Manager, you will help create and support the Nike Consumer Experience (NCX) Strategy at Foot Locker Inc. in North America. Your work will focus on bringing Frictionless, Seamless and Differentiated Experiences to Foot Locker, Inc. Consumers. These experiences will be digital led and seamless with Foot Locker’s traditional brick & mortar retail experience. You will be asked to help develop the future of retail strategy in an ever-changing retail environment. To do so, you will need to be passionate about retail innovation while bringing a creative and critical thinking mindset to the position.

You will work across multiple stakeholders in the North America Geo and Globally. You will need to develop and leverage key relationships across Foot Locker Banners while working across a matrixed environment that includes Marketplace Development and key functions within the Foot Locker Integrated Account Team.

Responsibilities include:
CREATE THE FUTURE OF RETAIL
Help develop and support the deployment of new retail initiatives
Understand and Connect the retail initiatives with growth strategies driven by the Integrated Account Team
Partner on optimizing digital platform capabilities between Foot Locker, Inc. & Nike
Be the expert on all consumer and retail innovation and it how it enhances the retail experience for the consumer
Conduct regular research and benchmark best in class retail experiences across the North America and Global Marketplace
DRIVE RESULTS TODAY
Align with Account Planning, Marketplace Merchandising, and Account Sales to sell-in and deliver seasonal products and stories
Explore opportunities to increase traffic & conversion
Work closely with key internal partners, including the Partner.com team, to define and build Account Content Delivery Plan
Maintain ongoing needs related to new and heritage retail models (already established with the Account), including fixture (B&M) and Tools (Ecomm) replacement and enhancements
Manage sourcing conversations with vendors and account related to ongoing retail initiative

Qualifications
3-5 years professional experience in technology, e-commerce, or business development in a retail environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related Field
Experience in the Sell-In Process as it relates to consumer goods
Strong Digital / Ecommerce acumen
Experience with SEO, Paid Search, selling on Social Media

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to Senior Leadership
Able to manage and execute decision ready meetings
Proven ability to prioritize workloads, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
Proven Critical Thinker and Pro-active problem solver that can assess challenges and executed steps to resolve
Experience building and managing a development budget
