Luumen is an outdoor lighting renovation company for residential and commercial clients. We have an immediate opening for a Director of Sales. The Director of Sales is responsible for providing strategic direction to the business's overall sales program. He/She must have a demonstrated track record of creating and improving operational sales strategies, while meeting and exceeding needs.


  • Increases sales volume and profitability for all target revenue areas
  • Implement new, well-researched sales initiatives, strategies and solutions
  • Proven experience providing innovative sales development strategies to increase sales performance and move a business ahead of competitors
  • Direct, Coordinate and oversee company sales functions to secure new customers, expand opportunities within current customer base, and deliver new product offerings
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers in person and via phone/video conference
  • Partner with the CEO to plan, forecast, and analyze sales growth and performance
  • Leadership skills and team player qualities and a can-Do-Attitude
  • Manage, support and cultivate the development and growth of the sales force
  • Provide day to day management oversight to leadership team that mirrors the mission and core values of the company
  • Develop sales compensation plan for sales team
  • Possess superb interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, senior management or sales personnel
