Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of HR Solutions Specialist in our Human Resources Department. This is an excellent opportunity for those individuals who have already gained entry-level experience in human resources and are ready develop their skills and knowledge at the next level.
The HR Solutions Specialist reports to the HR Solutions Manager. The primary function of this role is to provide technical and administrative support to the HR Solutions team and Town of Gilbert employees. The individual selected will be the primary point of contact for all components of new hire orientation and new hire processing. In addition, he/she will maintain HR's social media feeds, facilitate employee enrichment programs such as employee recognition, and Trip Reduction, provide recruitment assistance to HR Business Partners, as well as other HR generalist functions.
Top candidates for this position will possess outstanding communication skills, and they will have knowledge in the use of MS Office and other records management systems. They will be skilled at organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and changing priorities. They will be able to remain positive and productive when faced with tight deadlines and the pressure of a heavy workload. They will possess the ability to handle confidential information and work with a variety of internal and external customers in a professional manner.
You are someone who effectively exceeds customer needs by building productive relationships, and taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty. You actively participate as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals and produce quality outcomes. You are committed to our safety philosophy, and you take great pride in proactively managing time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently while accomplishing objectives and achieving goals beyond what is required.

Associate's Degree or higher in a related field
Three years of customer service and/or administrative support; experience supporting human resources generalist operations highly preferred
Proficient knowledge of MS Office. Experience with HRIS and/or enterprise databases highly preferred.
Valid Arizona Driver License
