Brasseler USA is seeking to fill a Customer Service Representative position in our Savannah, GA office. This position is responsible for answering and servicing all inbound calls in a timely and professional manner, while supporting sales and marketing strategies and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will satisfy these requirements:
Flexibility to work as temporary employee with potential to become a temp-to-hire
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be able to provide outstanding customer service and manage a high volume of inbound calls per day
Experience using Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail
Goal oriented team player
Responsibilities and Duties
Answer and service all inbound calls
Work with inside and outside sales teams
Set up new customer accounts
Maintain a positive attitude
Qualifications and Skills
5 or more years providing customer service in a professional or corporate setting
Ability to multi task and manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
