Engility is currently hiring a Junior Computer Systems Analyst with IdAM and PKI expertise for our program in Chantilly, VA on a part time basis (30-39 hours per week). The ideal candidate shall provide a number of Identity and Access Management customer support services and will operate and maintain the government DEERS/RAPID and PKI Registration Authority systems. He/She shall issue CAC's, update PINs, and reset certificates for o ur Computer Systems Analyst will issue retiree and dependent ID cards for government personnel and their family, and submit official documentation requirements of the credential issuance office. Assist Tier I help desk in frontline trouble shooting with Identity and Access service issues to include PKI, Directory, Access, and Identity workflows.
Additional responsibilities are:
Manage all credentials issuance across domains (both hard and soft tokens), perform data correlation and data integrity checking of Authoritative Sources, and assist users with installation and back-up of credentials and certificate revocation lists (CRLs).
Assist operational users with digital signatures and email encipherment utilizing PKI credentials, troubleshooting of Identity and Access service workflows, and coordinate issue
escalation with Echelon 2 (E2) level engineering support.
Split shifts will be implemented to cover the bulk of calls from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM (EST) M-F. Part-time shift is available if the chosen candidate would prefer working afternoon and evening hours. In addition this position will include after-hours, on-call periods of support.
Additionally, you will perform basic DEERS updates for government personnel and provide assistance to Echelon 1 and 2 troubleshooting for physical and logical credential, authentication, authorization, and identity service issues.
Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology and at least 1 year of relevant experience.Applicants with no degree and significant customer experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Experience in Identity & Access as well as PKI, security or a computer related field is strongly preferred
Candidates must have working knowledge and experience in most of the following areas: Public Key Infrastructure, Microsoft Crypto Application
Programming Interface (CAPI), Microsoft Outlook configuration, system and software installation, digital encryption
and signatures, Full Service Directory (FSD), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), and smart card readers,
scanners, and biometric devices
Strong familiarity with, and system level experience, in the customer group and/or IC IdAM Programs
Outstanding interpersonal skills, and have the ability to multi-task and be comfortable in a high tempo office supporting mission-focused users
