From managing the firm’s capital and reporting quarterly earnings to responding to and complying with regulatory requirements, more than 15,000 colleagues around the world work together every day to manage the firm's Global Finance function. Our job is to ensure the company is capable of navigating all types of market environments while maintaining a fortress balance sheet. The Finance function is a dynamic organization that plays a critical role, particularly as increasing regulatory and capital requirements change the way we do business. Planning & Analysis (P&A), in addition to CFO teams, Controllers, Business Managers and Project management, make up the majority of the Global Finance team.

The Robotics & Dashboards Center of Excellence (CoE) leads initiatives across GF&BM focused on automating manual processes using robotics and creating dynamic and flexible visual dashboards using a wide array of BI tools. The CoE also serve as innovation leaders, continuously exploring opportunities to apply emerging enhanced automation techniques such as optical character recognition (OCR), machine learning (ML), matching algorithms, and natural language processing (NLP). Sitting in the center, this CoE interfaces with internal clients (LOB P&A, CFO and Controller Groups) to source ideas around robotics, enhanced automation and dashboard opportunities, run functional and technical feasibility analysis, translate the ideas into use cases and partner with Technology to deliver tangible solutions against those use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively monitor and oversee daily bot activity, including scheduled and ad-hoc runs.
Drive an effective and efficient robotics production oversight model.
Liaise with Business and Corporate Technology to inquire, investigate and resolve all incidents in a timely manner.
Perform incident deep-dives and root-cause analysis in partnership with Corporate Technology.
Recommend improvements to mitigate bot risks and failures in production.
Document best practices and production manuals or “run cards” for bots in production.
Collect, evaluate and report on bot operational and health metrics for senior stakeholder readouts.
Work with other CoE members to lead critical components of the RPA framework including end-user training, change management, recertification, manual testing, and retirement.
Partner with Corporate Technology to enhance ongoing performance monitoring, incident management, escalation and communication protocols.
Improve client experience effective day to day management of digital workforce.

3-5 years of technology, finance or project management experience.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Demonstrates leadership and ability to influence change.
Knowledge of process automation software (eg, WinAutomation and Automation Anywhere) is preferred.
General knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
Clear communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues concisely.
Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Finance and/or Technology a plus.
