This role will develop guidelines to align regional, legal and marketing partners on requirements for Oxford and UHC West member custom communications that support open enrollment, onboarding and engagement. Develop in - take form and process for new Oxford and UHC West members custom communications. Lead quarterly review with RVPs and Marketing VPs to align on accomplishments, priorities and capacity planning.
Lead development and deployment of Oxford and UHC West members custom communications:
Align on content priorities with leaders
Develop briefs for agency development
Facilitate creative, legal and SME reviews / approvals
Maintain ongoing inventory of custom communications and ensure communications remain accurate and up - to - date
Support development and execution of B2C newsletters
Facilitate campaign execution management across top Engagement priorities:
Submit requests / forms that kick off project work with creative team in Robohead and Major Tom
Submit analytic requests and campaign list requests in Depot / UCEE
Ensure delivery of final assets against required specs for each creative deliverable
Post final assets to appropriate asset management system
Remove outdated assets across asset management systems
Maintain asset management inventory

Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Marketing / Business or an equivalent degree
3+ years of marketing or agency experience
Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints
Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are concise, candid and professional
Ability to work collaboratively and influence across levels in an entrepreneurial and highly matrixed environment
Ability to set clear direction and lead with confidence, conviction and presence
Detail - oriented project manager that leads teams to flawless execution
Proactive self - starter with sense of urgency to achieve results
Quick study, flexible and able to handle a fast paced, ever changing work environment
Ability to analyze situations, identify and troubleshoot problems, recommend solutions and use good judgment to make decisions
