What you’ll be doing...
You will be a member of the Department of the Interior (DOI) program team. Specifically, you will be responsible for overall customer satisfaction for a DOI bureau and communicate regularly with the customer.
Manage individual projects for the bureaus (or others as assigned) from project initiation to project close-outs.
Support order implementation.
Act as an escalation contract or operation issues.
Monitor contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and report Verizon's performance on those agreements to DOI.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Three or more years of relevant work experience.
Even better if you have:
ITIL v3 Certification, or will obtain certification within six months of your start date.
Worked in a client facing role and resolved operational problems.
Managed and negotiated with internal and external organizations.
Willingness to be on call for afterhours support as needed.
Program Manager Professional Certification.
Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills (e.g VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
