FirstStaff is looking for a dependable, quick learner to fill an Office Administrative Management position for a local, growing company.

Job Responsibilities: Analyze and solve administrative problems, handle quality issues and manage customer interactions as well as personnel matters such as training, skill development, possible disciplinary issues and making sure operations align with company policies and procedures. Bookkeeping (monthly, quarterly and yearly close outs and payroll.

Skills Required: Must have excellent communication with the ability to work with customers, suppliers and employees across all levels, including sales and marketing, engineering, maintenance and human resource. Must have good computer skills and experience using Quickbooks 2017 (contractor’s edition – preferred). Must have good accounting skills and knowledge of taxes.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $11.00 to $15.00 /hour
