The Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization's user access requests and application management, ensuring that they have the knowledge and access necessary to complete their job functions. Includes the responsibility of identification, prioritization and resolution of end user access requests. The Systems Specialist will also contribute to problem resolution by giving accurate information to end users.
Perform IT user access provision and de-provision based on associate's job codes, tickets, new hire or termination requests.
Assist in user access and application management tasks to maintain functional and necessary required access for end users.
Work with IT Support teams to create, troubleshoot and resolve user's access tickets as needed.
Work with internal business units and other groups in resolving access related exceptions as necessary.
Continue to strengthen overall knowledge of user access and application management.
Maintain a customer care philosophy that ensures customer satisfaction.
Participate and contribute to team duties as needed.
Two or more years of industry related experience or two or more years of technical support experience.
Knowledge of Windows Active Directory Infrastructure and application basics
Knowledge of Service Desk ticketing system applications and reporting metrics
Knowledge of support and troubleshooting in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office environments
Knowledge of Mortgage Banking Industry a plus.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and time manage
Ability to work autonomously under minimal supervision
Strong customer service orientation
Self-starter with initiative and strong organizational skills
