Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain your own vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition and compliant with all regulations.
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to meet customer needs while adhering to scheduled timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
Skills
- CDL is required!
- Experience in route driving with a strong understanding of navigation tools and techniques.
