Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Calls Effectively: Handle phone calls with professionalism and support.
- Schedule Staff and Caregivers: Ensure optimal alignment with client needs.
- Assist with Compliance: Support compliance requirements for caregivers.
- Maintain Confidentiality: Respect patient privacy with the highest level of integrity.
- Support the Office Team: Collaborate with the team and clients to deliver exceptional care.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work with the Field Service Coordinator and Marketer to meet client needs.
Requirements:
- Relevant Experience: Background in Home Care or a similar field.
- High-Volume Handling: Skilled in managing calls, recruitment, and scheduling.
- Administrative Skills: Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities.
- Detail-Oriented and Proactive: Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and Scheduling Platforms.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
