As GetWellNetwork’s Recruiter, you will play a critical role in growing a fast-paced, dynamic organization. By collaborating with leaders across the company to identify and attract top talent to our organization, you will have a profound impact on the future success of GetWellNetwork and patient care. Through both creativity and perseverance, you will be responsible for implementing and executing a recruiting strategy that welcomes the best and brightest talent to our team.

About the role :)

Partner with hiring managers and HR team to develop and drive strategies to recruit talent in a highly competitive market
Build job descriptions and develop posting/advertising strategies for maximum exposure
Leverage all aspects of sourcing and candidate development including job posting, job board mining, sourcing, social networking, employee referrals, and networking events to generate interest in GetWellNetwork and open positions
Dig in to execution through detail and data as a member of a small but mighty team that provides influence daily
Ensure the sustaining of a rewarding and fulfilling candidate and employee experience using your client-facing, problem solving, and analytical skills in a targeted, timely and detailed manner
Coordinate with hiring managers on interview feedback, coaching and driving managers to hiring decisions
Serve as in house expert on our applicant tracking system, leveraging the system to its full potential and developing new processes with an eye toward compliance
Maintain data integrity within applicant tracking system. Develop and run reports that provide leadership increased visibility to open searches and recruiting processes
Regularly track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns
Conduct 1st round phone screens with prospective candidates
In partnership with management, create and make job offers
Other duties as assigned

An understanding and appreciation of the importance of recruiting metrics
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service to internal colleagues and prospective candidates
Strong organizational and time management skills
Adhere to all organizational information security policies and protect all sensitive information including but not limited to ePHI and PHI in accordance with organizational policy and Federal, State, and local regulations.
Requirements :)

Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
2+ years recruiting experience
Experience sourcing and interviewing technical talent
Demonstrated attention to detail
