The selected candidate will have strong past work experience in the following areas:

Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plans and integrated master schedules to meet all program objectives.

Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.

Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis and network logic conflicts.

Manage scheduling statement of work (SOW) working with associated project controllers/control account managers to ensure schedule and budget/forecast alignment.

Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management (EVM), line of balances and other project management techniques to gauge progress and performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas.

Analyze schedule for critical path, recognizing implications of changes and assists in the development and incorporation of work-around plans when change is required.

Develop necessary reports/metrics to provide status and forecasting to enable management decisions.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of work experience in Program/Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Earned Value Management, Business, Finance, or System Engineering; OR a Master's degree with 3 years of the above work experience

Demonstrated ability to create high level metrics and brief to executive, program and customer leadership

Minimum of 3 years of creation and management with Scheduling Software to include any of the following: MS Project, Primavera, Real Time Project, Open Plan or similar scheduling software

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with all of the following: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have created, maintained, analyzed and manipulated Excel spreadsheets with complex formulas

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience performing Program Scheduling/Master Planning

Aerospace/Defense Industry Experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Project Server

Working knowledge Oracle Primavera Risk Analysis Software

Ability to multi task and prioritize work with various deadlines

Ability to develop presentation material and present to management

Excel Macro/VBA Skills are desired
