The Sr Manager, Master Planning and Value Capture is a critical role in enabling the execution of the Transformation in Kraft Heinz, by bringing visibility to initiative progress around milestones, and financial and non-financial targets. Through the deployment of our new Enterprise Strategy, we created the Transformation Office to dedicate resources tied to Master Planning & Value Capture, Capabilities, Change, and Ways of Working for our long-term success within prioritizations, cross-functional interdependencies, & accelerating capabilities. This Sr Manager role reports to the VP of Master Planning & Value Capture, Transformation.
Develop and maintain the transformation master calendar
Track the key milestones across workstreams and initiatives being delivered
Coordinate and facilitate TO meetings, decks, templates, etc, including to US and Global leadership
Assist in driving particular transformation initiatives; provoke, ask challenging questions
Evaluate initiative schedule progress and performance, track and report value captured: financial impact and non-financial KPIs (leading and lagging)
Help identify and implement planning and scheduling improvement initiatives.
Map and maintain interdependence linkages to ensure consideration of logic and mutual exclusivity in initiative selection, sequencing of initiatives, and risk management
Maintain the zone roadmap including, in addition to transformation initiatives, other initiatives and key routines with the purpose of understanding workload impact in the zone and provide suggestions to improve
Minimum 5+ years of experience in consulting, finance, accounting, business performance roles, or project management
Energized to transform the organization and flexible enough to adjust plans and execution along the journey
Hard working, capable of cope with pressure and deadlines
Ability to work cross-functionally, excellent communications skills
Strong Project Management skillset; ability to influence and stakeholder management
Demonstrated ability to work in large, cross-functional teams and proven track-record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Intense results and process driven approach, obsessed with data, and extremely organized. Strong analytical skills
Advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
Management consultant or Finance background
Experience in data analytics, KPI definitions and metrics establishment
Overall understanding of the P&L and financial reports
Experience in Agile ways of working
