Job Summary
This position provides technical and administrative support of ITIL processes leveraged by Global Information Services (GIS). The candidate will support GIS processes and ensure adherence to best practices. Critical to success of the position is individual credibility and the ability to work effectively and interdependently with stakeholders and team members. Understand, develop and improve a broad spectrum of GIS processes with a focus on, but not limited to, ITIL foundations: Service Strategy, Service Design/Transition, Service Operations and Continuous Improvement.

Job Responsibilities
Understanding of ITIL processes with the ability to assist in documentation and communication to GIS staff and stakeholders.
Identify and support governance in ITIL service metrics and provide data analytics/reporting support across GIS.
Work with team members and stakeholders to improve aspects of the availability of the IT service
Support the infrastructure, processes, tools, and roles that are appropriate for the agreed targets
Understand the customer demand to ensure the service has the required capacity
Education Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Education Specifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, Information Systems is preferred. Advanced degree a plus.
Advanced ITIL Service Design certification desired
TOGAF certification a plus
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification a plus
Experience Requirements

Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience
Understanding or knowledge of ITIL best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively provide and receive information relative to assigned projects
Strong organization skills and excellent problem-solving skills to handle multiple priorities and tight schedules
Understanding of continuous improvement processes
Ability to assist with design and creation of reports that meet the businesses reporting requirements
Knowledge of requirements analysis tools
Experience working with software packages, platforms, or technologies
Understanding of the configurations available in CMDB tools, preferably ServiceNow
Knowledge of IT business strategies, capabilities and processes
