Ospi Brentwood is Jackson and Melissa Kalb’s third restaurant. It is a local favorite known for hospitable service, classic martinis with a twist, thin crust pizzas and homemade pastas.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations
- Hire, train, and develop new hires
- Provide direct and non bias feedback
- Department management (liquor, wine, and paper goods ordering and inventory)
- Implement new HR, IT, and payroll systems
- Teach and learn one new skill everyday
- Grow the business by 1% everyday
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Salary DOE, $75,000-$90,000
