Who We Are
Data Activation Center (but you can call us ‘DAC’) is the leading service provider of cellular data plans and support for the Agriculture, Surveying, and Construction sectors. See the tractor chugging away on that farm over there or the equipment those surveyors use at that construction site? Most likely, it’s connected to the world by us, and if they have any issues, we are their first call.
We are really good at customer service. No, we mean REALLY good! Our customers love us and they tell us all the time. It’s a little embarrassing. Our goal is to offer unprecedented support and impeccable reliability. In short, EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
As one of Inc Magazine’s “Inc 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies” for the last two years in a row, we are expanding and looking to scale our internal organization to help take us to that next level. As a privately held business, we know our people are everything, so finding the right fit is galactically important to us. Take a look below and see if that could be you!
About the Role
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to step into the role of our Billing Operations Manager. We used to be small enough that all employees performed both our main frontline support activities and fulfilled billing needs. However, as we have scaled, this has become a separate department that is still solidifying its structure and processes. We seek a true leader to help refine, innovate, oversee, and participate in our current billing activities, including customer invoicing, payment collection, auditing, and reports.
With growth comes new problems to solve, and we are looking for someone who can roll up their sleeves and help build a departmental structure that can scale to meet our future needs. This will also mean working with our current staff to ensure they have a work environment where they can do their best work, making it safe and easy to do the right thing. We are big on continuous improvement and want someone capable of building systems of systems and leaders of leaders.
