Travel Pathology Assistant Responsibilities:
- Prepare specimens for pathology analysis
- Adhere to examination and specimen collection standards to ensure accuracy of specimen analysis
- Record and report laboratory test results accurately and in specified format
- Conduct preventive maintenance, periodic inspection, calibration, and performance testing of laboratory equipment and instruments
- Comply with facility and laboratory safety and quality control protocols

Travel Pathology Assistant Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science field
- ASCP PA Certification
- Current, valid license in the state of practice
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Pathology Assistant
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
- Valid Driver’s License
- Background and drug screen
