Full Desk Recruiter - Contract to W2 Employee

Dogwood Management Partners is an 18-year old IT staffing firm with a stellar track record of recruiting and placing highly skilled people for our clients. (Our largest client is IBM.) We have our own team of experienced recruiters, our own facility security officers, excellent internal processes, strong financial strength and a great leadership team- even though we're a company of less than 50 people. We have one of the highest employee retention rates in the industry- more on that below.
We are looking for a few more full desk recruiters to join our team. We don't care where you live- as long as you can do the job. We don't care how young or how old you are, what citizenship, sex or color you are, where you went to school or what kind of degree you have- or if you even have a degree. We DO care about things like ethics, honesty, excellent communications skills, client relationship management, and a habit of doing the right thing because it's the right thing.... and RESULTS.
There are NO caps on your income at Dogwood. We expect the right person for this job to bring home $250,000+ per year after a year of hard work- followed by more years with even more income, because our commission program ensures you're paid for ongoing work while you remain on our team. We don't re-assign accounts to others, we don't re-align territories, and we don't put hindrances in your path. You would be working directly for our Senior Partner.

Dogwood is a 100% "work remote" company. This presents both opportunities (for those who thrive on working in an unstructured environment) as well as challenges. We don't care where you live, but we DO care about results. You will be expected to have a home office, to provide your own laptop, Outlook and an internet connection. We provide basic online tools and full support- and of course, an excellent compensation plan. Our full desk recruiters have a high degree of flexibility when it comes to finding and recruiting their own opportunities, including an option to hand some of their recruiting needs over to our internal recruiting team as needed.
THE HIRING PROCESS FOR THIS POSITION IS FAIRLY SIMPLE
- We review resumes and cover letters for completeness
- We email back those who interest us and may ask a couple of email questions
- We call back those of interest to us
- Once we've made up our mind, we can bring you on board in short order

This position is straight and significant commission on a 1099 basis to start. As soon as you demonstrate you're what we have been looking for, we'll look to convert you to employee status, with benefits to include vacation, medical, dental, vision and 401(k).
