Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team. As a Cosmetologist, you will provide a range of beauty services to our clients, including hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments. You will also have the opportunity to , hair extensions, and barbering services. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will ensure that our clients receive personalized and professional care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of hair services such as cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments
- Perform eyelash extensions and hair extensions
- Offer barbering services including beard trims and shaves
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and desired outcomes
- Recommend appropriate hair care products and provide retail sales support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- Valid cosmetology license
- Proven experience as a Cosmetologist
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology practices, techniques, and trends
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in color theory and application
- Familiarity with retail math for product sales
- Experience with straight razor techniques is a plus
- Ability to mentor junior stylists
