Salesperson– Ramsay Signs/Heath NW

Ramsay Signs, an established company with multiple satellite locations seeks a dynamic Sales Person for our Seattle division of Heath North West. The qualified candidate will be able to identify potential customers by networking through business associations and conferences, following up on leads from current clients, examining Internet databases and consulting business directories. A Ramsay Heath NW Salesperson will research their intended client to determine what is best for them and for the company.

We at Ramsay emphasize long-term relationships with a customer over a quick sale. We want to foster relationships with the customer that will last years. To accomplish that, the Salesperson will work closely with our incredible design team and estimators. Ramsay works in a team environment where all benefit from a satisfied customer.

Performance Requirements

  • Sells into assigned territory with the goal of exceeding growth goals of the product category.
  • Maintains existing business as well as pursue new client acquisition
  • Champions value proposition in assigned territory and brand in the local community.
  • Builds long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers.
  • Creates and executes a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds stated revenue and profit targets.
  • Meets regularly with customers in sales territory to understand their evolving needs.
  • Educates direct customers and distribution networks on offer and purchase options.
  • Attends local and regional trade shows.

Skills Required:

5+ years of experience in the Sign Industry

Prefer experience with direct sales, channel sales, and/or sign industry experience.

Previous selling, technical sales or other similar experience preferred.

Experience in the construction industry preferred, but not required.

Computer skills for Microsoft Office, web navigation and internal electronic systems (share drives)

Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
