In this role you will support the operations team administratively with key functions related to: Recruiting, Sourcing Resumes, Staffing, Client Coordination, Data Entry, and other tasks as required. This open position offices at our Mesa, Arizona location off of Alma School Rd. and The US-60 Freeway.

Healthcare Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:
Daily recruiting activities include - reviewing and sourcing applicants, screening, and interviewing.
Leading collaborative critical thinking for current hiring needs and forecasting future needs.
Facilitating weekly new employee orientation.
Navigating new employees through on-boarding and new employee training.
Schedule and enter all schedules into the system.
Assist in Coordinating 200+ client schedules and corresponding caregivers.
Partnering with peer coordinators to ensure all client needs and shifts are resolved.
On-Call scheduling after-hours on a rotation with other staffing coordinators.
Enters data into our client management system including care plans, client information, caregiver and employee information, payroll data, etc.
Arranges, directs, schedules, and monitors the caregiver staff as they provide service to the client.
Obtains necessary authorizations and approvals to assure appropriate services and reimbursement.
Acts as a client advocate when disagreements arise with caregivers, family or other agencies providing care.
Interface with both clients and employees in a professional manner.
Resolve customer and employee challenges in an upbeat and optimistic, can-do manner.
Participates in quality management studies as appropriate. Documents progress and performs quality control evaluations with the client directly as well as any family members or guardians involved.
Acts as a brand ambassador for the company while interacting with clients and the public.
Promptly, professionally, and courteously answers incoming requests for information.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Please note, this position does include on-call duties on a rotating basis. This means that you will answer after-hours calls that pertain to client or care coordination. The candidate is flexible and willing to perform this task.

Successful Applicants Will Possess The Following Skills/Qualities:

At least two years of recruiting or staffing experience.
At least two years successfully serving the needs of the public (healthcare, customer service, retail, etc.).
Schedule coordination experience is a plus.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, optimistic, competent, critical thinkers, quick thinking, and comfortable in a collaborative environment.
Must have excellent customer service skills and a desire to play a part in helping provide care to those in need.
Confidently embraces using technology and accepts new technological processes with comfortable enthusiasm.
Candidates must be proficient with the full suite of Microsoft Office products and must type above 60 WPM.
Participates in a "solutions-based" environment where challenges are met solutions.
Ability to coordinate complex projects including staffing and scheduling.
