The Marketing Manager, Growth Initiatives will be responsible for driving the Annuities organization’s new channel or new product opportunities from a Marketing perspective. They will partner with key stakeholders in the organization to drive the marketing strategy for these new initiatives. They will understand and define the target audience, identify key personas, define the marketing strategy to maximize sales through advisor channels and develop KPIs to understand impact of initiative.

Define Marketing strategy for new initiatives
Work with Insights team to define target audiences, KPI framework and key personas
Work with cross functional team of Product, Sales, Service, Compliance & Legal to develop and drive strategies
Responsible for end to end go to market plan and driving to completion with cross functional team.
Financial services experience, preferably in Annuities or Insurance space
6+ years Marketing experience, with cross channel Marketing
Experience working with a Sales team
FINRA Series 6 desired; will be required within 3 months of hire.
