Job Overview:
A real estate photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality images of properties for marketing purposes. This may include photographing interior and exterior shots of homes, condos, and other real estate properties. The photographer must have a good understanding of composition, lighting, and angles to showcase the property in the best possible way.
You are required to get a business license after hire as well as a drone license within three months of hire. The job is paid salary with the potential to make commission. The first two months will cover training in which the pay will be reduced to $1,200 a month.
Duties:
- Visiting properties and assessing the best angles and lighting for photographs
- Setting up equipment such as a camera and tripod to capture high-quality images
- Editing and retouching photos to enhance their visual appeal
- Delivering final images to clients in a timely manner
- Collaborating with real estate agents and property owners to understand their requirements and preferences
- Keeping up to date with trends in real estate photography
