Minimum Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years experience tree climbing with rope and saddle (DRT &/or SRT), safe rigging practices and high-risk tree removals.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Previous tree crew foreman experience
Additional Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
ISA Certified Arborist or ISA Certified Tree Worker Specialist
Bachelor’s degree in related field is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
Supervise, lead and work with tree crew in completing work orders in a safe, timely and professional manner
Prune & remove trees per ANSI standards
Install tree cabling systems per ANSI standards
Point of contact with Arborist/salesperson, office and customers
Maintain and supervise crew with regards to basic tool and vehicle maintenance
Drive company vehicle to and from jobs
Compensation:
Based on experience and qualifications ($30-35/hour)
