The Food and Beverage Director (FBD) is a member of the Operations Team, and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Their primary role is the diligent oversight and active management of all areas related to food and beverage, including but not limited to quality control, cost controls, food safety, product evaluation, menu development, ordering and inventory systems, staff development, and guest satisfaction. The FBD does this through thoughtful planning, budgeting, analysis, effective communication, and working both as a team member and the leader of the company’s F&B program. The FBD has an active role in companywide processes and projects, providing on-site support to our locations when necessary, and periodically sitting on task forces.
