Berkshire Blanket & Home Co, Inc is seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer to join our Product Development team. As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting in designing, developing, and testing electronic systems and components for our beautiful and functional line of electric blankets and soft goods. Your expertise will contribute to the development of innovative and safe products.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of electronic circuits, systems, and components
- Conduct research to identify new technologies and trends in the field
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues with electronic systems
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, diagrams, and test reports
- Test and evaluate prototypes to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Collaborate with product managers to integrate electronic systems into larger products
- Provide technical support to manufacturing teams during production
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
- Experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, for circuit design
- Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques for troubleshooting electronic systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the fabrication of electronic prototypes or PCB design

Pay: $80,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
