At Shrinkray Center Inc, we understand people must sacrifice their time to work on their mental health. We, currently, work side-by-side with a psychiatry team to provide psychotherapy while medication management is also provided at the same time.
We are looking to build a strong clinical team to provide good and efficient therapy to the inland empire community.
Job Overview:
We are seeking recently licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be providing mental health counseling services to adults from various backgrounds in the inland empire. [Recently licensed within the last year]
Therapists will be mostly working with patients from IEHP [Inland Empire Health Plan]. Once credentialed with IEHP, therapists will be providing intake evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide psychotherapy while monitoring and improving patient outcomes. Therapists will be responsible for inputting and maintaining EMR/EHR in regards to client notes and overall record keeping.
Theoretical Orientaion or Model trained in:
- CBT [Cognitive Behavioral Therapy]
- DBT [Dialectical Behavioral Therapy]
- IFS [Internal Family Systems Therapy]
- SFBT [Solutions Focused Brief Therapy]
Responsibilities:
- Utilize EMR system to input SOAP notes
- Attend clinical meeting once a month to discuss cases and consultation
- Providing counseling to patients with various backgrounds and life stages
- Being able to utilize telehealth platform to provide high quality therapy sessions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid LMFT license
- Must be residing in the state of California [Ideally Riverside County]
- Provide liability Insurance
- Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or marriage and family therapy from an accredited instituion
- Spanish speaking preferred, but not required

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 29 per week
