We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst with SuccessFactor Human Resources platform experience. This role can be virtual, but must have SuccessFactors experience.

This individual must have SuccessFactor product experience, including working with stakeholders and technology teams to deliver product functionality.

Responsibilities:
Perform product development activities by tracking product roadmap
Support business development opportunities in expansion of services to exceed stakeholders needs
Develop & create business requirements for Agile development teams
Perform complex data analysis, including SuccessFactor usage queries, in support of management or customer requests
Partner with the Reporting Analytics team to apply data analysis tools to develop insights into business outcomes and the drivers of such outcomes
Support client relationships by actively working with SuccessFactors teams and business to provide client product updates, presentations, and demos
Manage external SuccessFactor product documentation such as service guides, user guides, and other collateral

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of business analyst experience
SAP SuccessFactors Certifications, preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in driving product development environment
Excellent Interpersonal skills including effective listening and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
