We are currently hiring a 2025 Summer Intern, Operations Analyst Inters to join our Contracts & Administration (C&A) Operations team. This is a 10 week, full-time internship that begins in early June 2025. The work may be completed remotely from any U.S. location. At this time, we are unable to provide relocation nor housing assistance.
As an Operations Intern, you will provide direct support to the C&A Operations Team by assisting with key initiatives targeting efficient and effective internal and client-facing activities and business outcomes such as:
Documenting current processes to create work instructions
Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and normalization of data to facilitate the development of Power BI dashboards and other reporting
Assisting in preparation for group training sessions
Supporting change management activities and communication planning for adoption of new processes
Assisting with governance of our document libraries to include naming and tagging of documents into SharePoint
As an Operations Intern, you will ideally have:
Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis
Interest in Business Management, change management, and governance
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Data Analysis, Economics, Finance, Management, Marketing, Organizational Design, Psychology, Project Management or related field (with an anticipated graduation of August 2025 or later).

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$32,591.00 - $55,405.00
